Pre-requisites: DESN 243 . Building on the principles and concepts introduced in DESN 243 Typography, this course will review the fundamentals of typography and extend typographic knowledge and skills with emphasis on letterforms, typographic syntax, type specification, and type as image. Projects will include experimental application of type + image to artifacts and multi-page documents.
