Pre-requisites: MFA or English MA students or permission of instructor. Intensive study of the nature and variety of long-form nonfiction, including both contemporary work and the earlier forms which gave rise to it. Course focus might include book structural concepts, modes of long discourse, audience handling and retention, or other professional-level topics.
