Pre-requisites: CMST 461 ; junior standing. Examines effective strategies and tools to help public relations professionals communicate effectively on behalf of their organizations and with the media. Examines the latest techniques and trends in public relations writing and develops media relations materials including press releases, pitch letters, media lists, statements, and social media messaging.
