Notes: this course is delivered online only. Pre-requisites: sophomore standing. Exposes concepts relevant to conflict management and options to more effectively communicate in conflict situations (after analyzing patterns, identifying the multiple goals, and detaching emotionally). Students offer detailed, nuanced responses to multiple conflict situations and also come to understand rapprochement and how to effectively communicate this to another in specific scenarios.
