Pre-requisites: CDST 300 . This course provides students the foundational, theoretical, and practical knowledge necessary for designing and implementing community programs for children. Students examine the purpose of community programs, policies and procedures related to community programs, direct service requirements, and funding sources. The course provides students the opportunity to observe and collaborate with organizations that offer programs in their communities.
