Pre-requisites: admission to the MS Biology Program or permission of instructor. Corequisite: BIOL 573L . Introduces the principles of neurobiology. Emphasis is placed on human neuroscience but examples from a wide range of invertebrates and vertebrates are used to best illustrate neurobiological principles, concepts, and mechanisms. Companion course to BIOL 573L .
