Pre-requisites: admission to the MBA or Cybersecurity MS program. Project management in modern organizations is a complex, team-based process that relies on the support of information technology. This course emphasizes five key focal areas: process focus, team focus, technology focus, global focus, and Project Management Body of Knowledge (from Project Management Institute, PMI) focus. This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully manage information systems projects in modern organizations.
