Pre-requisites: admission to the MBA program or permission of the School of Business Director of Graduate Programs. Focuses on the management of employee compensation, integrating theoretical concepts with practical application. Students analyze the techniques and criteria used to develop and control various compensation models. A field study applies concepts to solve real-world compensation problems. The objective is to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage the compensation function and understand its strategic implications.
