Catalog description

Pre-requisites: admission to the MBA program. Analyzes the human resource issues that exist in an international business environment. It examines diversity and cultural values existing among home country, host country, and “corporate cultures”. Main topics include the importance and management of international business, cultural and behavioral issues, human resource management/labor relations, and strategic decisions. Emphasis is on the management of international assignments including: staffing, training, and development.
