Pre-requisites: admission to MBA Program or permission of the School of Business Director of Graduate Programs. This course explores models and methods of production and service management. It provides a conceptual foundation and quantitative tools that can be applied to specific business problems. Topics may include, but are not limited to, process choice, product design, quality management, principles of supply chain management, facility planning, forecasting, inventory management and scheduling.
