Pre-requisites: graduate standing. Introduction to clinical supervision and the role of supervision in behavioral health. Students study psychotherapy-based, developmental, process, and second-generation models with focus on guidance for choosing one’s supervision practice. The supervision relationship is explored through triadic and dyadic systems, supervisee and supervisor factors, and multicultural supervision.
