I, II. Prerequisite: CON 280 and MAT 120 or higher (with a minimum grade of "C"). A study of estimating construction materials, equipment, labor, and costs, through reading drawings and calculating quantities and costs. Estimating software and cost databases are utilized to list work items in standardized format. 2 Lec/2 Lab.
