A. Prerequisite: CHE 471 (C) and 471L (C). Prerequisite or Corequisite: MAT 244 (C). Thermodynamic properties in physical and chemical systems including applications to the study of functions and their graphs, electrochemical processes and battery system working principles, chemical reaction rates and mechanisms, quantum chemistry, spectroscopy, and selected topics. 3 lec / 3 lab.
