<h3><span style="color: #993300;"><em>MUST BE IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PROGRAM TO TAKE THIS COURSE</em></span></h3> This course introduces foundational knowledge of service-oriented architectures and how those services are provided. It introduces managed solutions and services including: as-a-service concepts, services, workloads, security and privacy, as well as pricing and support. Students should be familiar with the general technology concepts, including concepts of networking, storage, compute, application support, and application development.
