Catalog description

This course seeks to explore advanced skills and knowledge of American Sign Language. Its purpose is to enhance and expand previously acquired sign language skills. Students will analyze and evaluate various manual communication systems and their impact on deaf culture. Advanced conversational skills will be emphasized. Course may not be used for credit toward a Communication Sciences and Disorders major.
