This course provides general human relations training as related to enabling teachers to enhance the social and emotional development of elementary and secondary students. The course will provide teachers with the knowledge, skills, and strategies for developing their students' emotional intelligence competencies, e.g., impulse control, persistence, zeal, self-motivation, and social deftness.
