This course is designed to prepare students in the health and physical education teacher certification program to teach the principles of nutrition in the school setting. Emphasis will be placed upon methods and materials necessary for the teaching of nutrition in grades K-12. Major Registration Restriction: Health Education and Physical Teacher Education only
