Catalog description

This course is designed to explore current advanced topics in performance coaching and serves as a research based class to allow students to discover acts of best practice and use an evidence based approach (current research, student’s skills, athlete capabilities) to deliver the most effective outcomes related to performance enhancement. This class will be student driven with discussions and related research presentations on current topics within sport performance coaching.
