Catalog description

This introductory course focuses on how environment and setting functions in literature. Texts have been selected where environmental issues are central to the theme. Students will read all course texts and write about them in journal entries, formal papers, and final exams. Requisite course ENGL 103 : English Composition or ENGL 104 : English Composition for Secondary Education majors may be taken as pre-requisites or concurrently as corequisites.
