Catalog description

Introductory Biology I is a comprehensive course in biology which covers basic concepts in classical and modern biological thought. Topics focus on the central principles of structure and function of the cell, metabolism, genetics, protein synthesis, and concepts of evolution and ecology. First course in a two-course sequence that ends with BIOL 115 .
