Catalog description

An introduction to the theory and practice involved in the design and management of technically oriented projects. The philosophical basis of this course is the systematic approach to project design and management. This approach requires continually considering and reevaluating how each portion of a project interacts with the entire project. Its use can lead to an efficient, useful, and cost effective product, process, or service. This course is a culmination of all machining competencies in the program and incudes a career management component. Corequisite: PRS 231, PRS 232, PRS 242
