Catalog description
This course is designed to explore applications of mathematics specific to visual art, design, music, and the theatre. Topics include ratios and perspective, 2D and 3D geometry, harmonic intervals, tiling, fractals, and infographics. Please note that this is intended as a terminal course; completion of this course will not qualify students for higher level mathematics. Prerequisite: Minimum grade "C" in MTH*075 or MTH 094 or appropriate placement. MOTR MATH 120
