Catalog description
This course is designed to apply previously learned theoretical concepts and basic nursing skills of Foundations of Practical Nursing I Lecture & Lab. Students will integrate concepts of basic medication administration, including intravenous therapies, altered patterns of elimination, perfusion and oxygenation, integumentary and nutrition. Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Licensed Practical Nursing program. Prerequisite requirements: COL*101, BIO 151, PSY*101 or PSY 250; minimum grade C.
