A study of the application of the principles of mechanics to engineering problems of equilibrium. Topics include resultant, equilibrium in two and three dimensions, friction, trusses, center of gravity and moment of inertia. Prerequisite: PHY 211 PHY 212, minimum grade C Pre/Corequisite: MTH 220, minimum grade C
