This course studies the principles of management which includes Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling. Students will explore: managing a diverse workforce, leadership skills, motivational concepts, team building, and the challenges faced by managers in today's global environment. Prerequisite: BUS 110; minimum grade C.
