Pediatric Caring Practical Nursing Clinical

Catalog description

This clinical course allows practical nursing students to apply theoretical knowledge and foundational nursing skills in the care of infants, children, and adolescents. Under the supervision of clinical instructors, students will gain experience in a variety of pediatric healthcare settings, delivering safe, developmentally appropriate, and family-centered care. The concepts of Watson’s Caring Science and Human Caring Theory, and Quality and Safety in Education Nurses (QSEN) will be utilized throughout this course.
