Religious Diversity and Dialogue

Catalog description

This course is designed to educate students about the theology of religions by familiarizing them with the classical responses (exclusivism, inclusivism, and pluralism) to existing religious diversity in society. It will advocate some form of religious pluralism as necessary worldview and disposition to healthily accommodate existing religious diversity in pluralistic societies. The course will also examine the best practices for sustainable interreligious dialogue in pluralistic societies.
