The course studies the Christian understanding of God as One and Triune. It will undertake a systematic presentation of the development of the Trinitarian doctrine of God from its biblical sources to the first formulations of early Greek and Latin fathers up to the modern period. The course will also explore the practical implications of this doctrine for Christian life especially in the understanding of the human person, community building and mankind?s kinship with the environment
