Catalog description
This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to conduct social science research. Students will be introduced to the theory and logic of research, the ethics that guide the research process, and to a range of research methods employed in the social sciences including interviews, surveys, participant observations, and experiments. Prerequisite: SOCI 101. Required for all Sociology Majors.
