Catalog description

This course offers students clinical education activities, including a range of didactic and hands-on learning activities and experiences through off-campus clinical sites and, on occasion, through the DU Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic. Clinical contact hours required for certification are accrued through a variety of experiences including direct client contact and simulated clinical experiences across populations and settings. Students are responsible for all costs associated with travel to off-campus practicum sites and any site-specific requirements. Pre-requisites: SLP 540W, 541W and 542.
