Real Estate Capstone

Catalog description

This is the capstone course in the major. It will cover new material that builds on the concepts learned in previous courses and will also emphasize real estate analytics. A key feature of the course will be a competition-style project in which students present their plan for a new real estate project that our client partner is developing.
