Differential Diagnoses in Physical Therapy/Lab

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide the student with exposure to a systematic clinical process to differentially diagnose and triage conditions that may present in a clinical encounter across physical therapy practice settings. Emphasis is placed on the decision-making process that leads to optimal management and/or referral to other practitioners. Course material will be represented in the language consistent with the APTA Guide to Physical Therapy Practice.
