Experiments demonstrating principles and applications of Newtonian mechanics, including kinematics, friction, force, energy, momentum, torque and simple harmonic motion. Students learn measurement practices and digital data analysis. Two hours. Pre-requisite: C or better in PHYS 201 (can be taken concurrently).
