Essentials in Clinical Practice

Catalog description

Students will enhance the necessary knowledge, interpersonal skills, patient skills, and professionalism that are required for entry into the PA profession. The course will be a combination of lectures, exercises, and hand-on clinical practice. A cumulative assessment of the learner will be conducted by the program at the end of the course to ensure that the learner is prepared for entry-level clinical practice. The summative evaluations, as required by the ARC-PA, will serve as the cumulative assessment.
