Catalog description

The history, role, practice-scope, and professional policies of the physician assistant are explored in lectures, literature, and group discussion. Course content also includes instruction about intellectual honesty and appropriate academic and professional conduct, medical errors and instruction on how to work collaboratively in interprofessional patient centered teams.
