Duquesne University School of Pharmacy and SJ Holdings Group, Inc. have developed the Healthcare Leadership certificate program, an educational experience designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to lead and thrive in today?s healthcare climate. The program includes a self-study component via comprehensive instruction in current leadership topics of talent recruitment, people management, and workflow management. Students will have the opportunity to apply the skills learned in the self-study section to complex leadership scenarios through engagement with faculty and peers in the live program. Participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement upon successful completion of the program. Completion includes online self-study, online post-test, live module exercises, and the live seminar post-test. Successful completion is defined as a score of 70 percent or greater on the post-test examinations for both the online and live programming components as well as completion of live seminar module exercises.
