Catalog description

Pharmacokinetics is a continuation of the Biopharmaceutics course. This course focuses on the mathematical models used for the characterization of drug concentrations in body fluids and tissues as a function of time after dosing. Pharmacokinetic principles will be used to calculate appropriate drug dosing regimens by various intravenous and extravascular routes of administration. Graphical and mathematical analyses of pharmacokinetic data will be employed throughout the course.
