This course explores contemporary music therapy practices that address educational and developmental needs from culturally reflexive, person-centered, and critical systems approaches. Students will review related theoretical orientations, develop relevant clinical repertoire, and build foundational skills in music therapy methods. Pre-requisite: MUTH 508 Music Therapy & Physical Health Settings
