Group Piano III

Catalog description

This course focuses on early intermediate techniques of piano performance. The sub-categories of functional keyboard skills used in this course are sight reading, harmonization, technique, repertoire, accompanying, transposition, improvisation, playing solo and ensemble piano repertoire, and playing songs by ear. Prerequisite: B or higher in MUPF 158 or Placement Examination 1 Credit Hour, Lab. Laboratory.
