Catalog description

The scope of this course is to provide the Sound Recording Major an opportunity to review, compile, and assemble a portfolio for a job application in the media field. An assessment of a individual?s projects will be performed and suggestions for the sequencing and mastering of a demo reel will be performed. A sample reel for email distribution will also be created. Levels of professionalism will be assessed and discussed in communication skills and conduct. Grade is dependent on timely completion of assignments and sensitivity to level of professionalism both in project quality and personal conduct.
