Catalog description

This course is designed for the performing vocal/instrumental artist, in which the emphasis is to gain control and composure of one's self in a performance setting. Proper preparation of material and practice techniques for performance is studied. Through weekly in-class performances each student gains experience in proper recital procedure, mental focus for minimizing errors and successful artistic performances.
