Catalog description

This course offers students an introduction to the International Phonetic Alphabet with application to the Italian and English languages. Students will learn how to write and phonate the specific sounds that correspond to the symbols of the International Phonetic Alphabet, enabling them to write transcriptions of Italian and English texts and eventually sing with correct pronunciation in a variety of languages.
