Percussion Ensemble

Catalog description

An ensemble for undergraduate and graduate music majors whose primary instrument is percussion. The course focuses on literature for percussion chamber groups of various sizes. Students participate in every phase of production, to include repertoire selection, personnel assignments, guest artist coordination, rehearsal scheduling, stage management, video and audio production, and live performance. Prerequisite: audition.
