Catalog description

This course focuses on late elementary Techniques of piano performance. The Su-categories of functional keyboard skills developed in the course are sight reading, harminization, technique, repertoire, accompanying, transposition, improvisation, playung solo and ensemble piano repertoire, and playing songs by ear. Prerequisite: MUED/MUTH 157 or Placement xamination. Individual degree programs may require different levels of competency. Refer yo your program requirements.
