Spanish for the Healthcare Professionals (prior experience)

Catalog description

MLSP 281 is designed for students with two or more years of high school Spanish and/or prior Spanish experience. This course aims to give students practical knowledge of Spanish to prepare them to work in the healthcare field. Emphasis is on the medical spoken and medical written language. Students will acquire basic medical proficiency Spanish. Students will develop a high level of cultural and social awareness toward the Spanish speaking-community.
