This course is designed to equip leaders with the tools, frameworks, and skills to make informed decisions in nonprofit organizations and solve complex problems effectively. Through case studies, practical exercises, and theoretical foundations, participants will explore key decision-making theories, problem-solving strategies, and leadership approaches tailored to the nonprofit sector. Topics include identifying organizational challenges, data analysis, ethical considerations, stakeholder management, resource allocation, brainstorming techniques, cost-benefit analysis, implementation strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of solutions, all tailored to the context of non-profit operations.
