Catalog description

This course introduces students to interdisciplinary approaches to the holistic study of Japanese culture, its traditions and contemporary society. It draws on case studies of current issues that require students to think analytically and critically about how we approach, interpret and respond to different cultures. This course is designed to help students broaden their knowledge of Japan and prepare them for global competition. Taught in English.
