This course integrates themes from business strategy, organizational behavior, leadership, and organizational change to explore how leaders convert external signals and internal capabilities into strategic actions. It examines how cultural, social, and organizational factors influence employee commitment and performance, and how firms incorporate long?term sustainability into strategic decision?making. The course also addresses approaches for designing and leading organizational changes that support sustainable enterprise performance.
