Catalog description

This course provides an interdisciplinary exploration of ethics, governance, and social/environmental reporting as foundational pillars of sustainable business practice. Learners will develop the ability to identify and analyze ethical challenges using systems-thinking approaches and ethical decision-making frameworks. The curriculum emphasizes the interplay between corporate governance, stakeholder interests, and regulatory environments, preparing learners to navigate evolving global standards. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and research, learners will assess the social, environmental, and economic impacts of business decisions, and apply sustainability principles to propose responsible organizational solutions.
