MGMT 620 focuses on equipping students with the knowledge and skills to manage innovation and change within organizations. The course covers key concepts in organizational change, innovation strategies, and evidence-based management practices. Students will learn to analyze internal and external factors influencing organizational change, develop strategies to lead change initiatives effectively, and integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into innovation strategies for competitive advantage.
